Enumeration and identification of organisms in mixed fermentations. Whether it’s a spontaneous fermentation or a collection of microbes from a barrel, we will determine how many types of yeast and aerobic bacteria are present, as well as the type of yeast (classical budding yeast vs. everything else). We can subsequently bank the sample as a mixed culture or work to isolate a single microbe. Species identification (LS-SI) can be added for $25/organism.
